I tested it in my Linux box with Konqueror 3.0.4 and it didn't work.

Doesn't work in Safari either at present :/.
I might just have to wait until the KDE/Apple folks fix whatever bug(s) are holding it up... as I recall it switches pages OK but doesn't quite scroll right. Anyway, I tried rewriting it a little but NS6 support is based on a VERY precarious edge... the slightest change seems to break it in that browser!
I'll think about it and see what I come up with in the meantime, though.
Thanks - Angus.

Hey Angus!
I have upgraded my N7.01 to 7.1 and now scrolling to right in HWScrollbox doesn't work anymore!!!! Up and down and upper left corner command are ok. Lower right corner command doesn't work...... N7.1 doesn't scroll: it goes to the lower right corner of the table that contains the HWscript!!
Any ideas?

I forgot to tell you where find the script:
www.cormonsincontriamoci.it/dovesiamo.html
and then click on the second link named:
- Posizione di Cormòns e punti di accesso
Thanks! Carlo

I just installed Konq 3.1.1 under Windows, and got it working. Check the beta test area, /test/ and tell me how you get on.

Nothing! My N7.1 still not scrolling right! And Oper6.1 too. In N.4.79 and IE5.50 the script works fine.

Dammit, NS7 is supposed to get MORE reliable as it goes on, not LESS!
I noticed Mozilla Firebird 0.6 (based off the pre-1.4 Mozilla trunk, similar to NS7.1) has the sideways scrolling problem. I'm looking into it but have yet to find a really quick fix. Stay tuned.
Anyway, is Konqueror support improved in the latest beta?
- Angus.

After checking for a clean and simple fix, and failing, I've put in a reasonably complex and dirty fix. Check /test/ for now. I've also changed underscores to dashes in the scroller names for NS4 so you may want to start again from the same HTML document.
Hope this helps - Angus.

I forgot to tell those infos: - the script works in W98 with IE5.50 and N7.1 - the script works in Linux with N7.1, N4.79 (not very well: dimensions of the inline frame aren't ok, but scroll works), not working under Konq3.0.4.
Bye Carlo

Hmm, I tested the Konq 3.1 port to Cygwin. If it doesn't work with v3.0... well, unless there's any debugging you can do for me I might just have to leave it (debugging is unlikely since they still, to this day, haven't implemented a friggin' JavaScript console or any kind of script error reporting!).
NS4/Linux is quite buggier than its Windows counterpart... the script works fine under NS4.08 and 4.76 under Win98, which is my testing setup. I guess NS4 is on its way out so if it scrolls, so be it. By the way, NS4 has been known to break depending on your table layout and all sorts of random stuff in the page, which is no surprise.
