Dancing bg images in IE6 and PNG problem

So here i have two problems, the first is

CSS: http://icl.illuminz.com/css/master.css

1. The left navigation in the given link when hovered in IE6 gives unpredictable results. The image doesn't properly shoes the hovered background image. instead it shows something else. don't what exactly that is.

2. The png hack is not just working. not at all.

Please let me know what exactly could be the problem.

That's a general CSS layout issue, the script doesn't appear to be affecting it at all. Sorry, can't debug your whole site CSS for you for free!
