I've tried adding the UI, and LI tags to the list and it's a no go.

Any Ideas? Thank you very much it was a very easy implementation.

At the moment the script doesn't support list-style-image. This is because the PNG filter can't be positioned or tiled.

You could try using a small IMG inline, I know it's a little messier but that'll work OK. Alternatively try it as a non-repeat background image on the LI or one of its leftmost elements?
