xml editor with DHTML

I´m searching for outsourced development for a xml editor based on DHTML

the app will work on 3 xml
a) the one I like to edit
B) the one where the properties of every one of the nodes of the before xml are represented (editable, value type, ..)
C)  the xml which holds the literals to be presented at the web page for every node (for several languages)

I´m searching for someone with good DHTML knowledge.
The system will use javascript and the msxml parser, too

I have the specs written in spanish but I will translate it to english asap
