I don't think Angus has the time to teach someone how to create web pages... unless maybe you have $$$!

1) Learn HTML

or:

2) Buy a program like Frontpage or Dreamweaver that will largely do it for you.

I suspect IHBT, but that's the basics of it anyway. Try a Google search for tutorials perhaps.

At the moment there is a basic tutorial disigned to start the user from scratch. In the future I hope to get some advanced concepts up. Anyway, It may give you a start.
