You should see a few (very basic) coloured images swapping away to the upper left. Replace these with your own image filenames, customise the timeout, and you're away.

This supports customisable delays, autocycling, and forward/back swapping. It also supports IE filters, and will play a transition when swapping if one is applied to the IMG tag.
